Your enquiry will receive an initial FREE appraisal by PROPERTY PROBLEMS before being allocated to the appropriate professional in your area who will then contact you direct to discuss your problem in more detail. It may be that your concerns can be fully resolved by this ‘phone call but if, as may well be the case, further investigation and/or a site visit is necessary, the surveyor will need to agree a fee with you. It is, of course, entirely at your discretion as to whether you wish to proceed further and incur professional fees.

The services of PROPERTY PROBLEMS are absolutely free and agreement to pay any professional fees remains firmly within your control at all times.
