How can I be sure that any information I give remains confidential?
- All submissions to Property Problems are treated in the strictest
confidence between ourselves and the surveyor or other relevant
professional to whom the query is allocated. The surveyor will
contact you personally and will be acting under a strict professional
code of conduct, as regards putting your interests which, of course,
include confidentiality, first at all times. Also see under ‘Privacy
